After reading: "Court Refuses To Let Respondent Speak" we would like to say that the Globally Local Blog Team of condemns the British courts for the lack of justice and due process.



I was sworn in (on the Bible) and asked my address, which I gave. The councils Court Officer read out the cause of summons getting my address wrong in the process.

I was then asked to present evidence. I had composed this evidence into the form of a statement which was printed on a single side of A4. I started to read my statement but was stopped and costs were awarded against me.

To fail to send a bill to a person and then summon them to court for not paying it seems like incompetence but to have the court work with you to suppress evidence is an outrage.
